Here are some light bulb jokes from a stand-up routine I did at a
retirement party several years ago.

How many old teachers does it take to change a light bulb?
-6. 1 to change the bulb and 5 to talk about how much brighter and more
respectful the bulbs were when they started teaching. If a bulb needed
changing you just sent a note home and, by God, the bulb was changed the
next day and you didn't have any more problems with that bulb for the
rest of the year!

How many new teachers does it take to change a light bulb?
- 2. 1 to hold the bulb and 1 to find the secretary to show them how to
change it.

How many administrators does it take to change a light bulb?
- I don't know, but when administrators start changing things it is
usually bad news for the rest of us.

How many LM_NETers does it take to change a light bulb?
-73. 1 to hold the bulb, 1 to post a request for instructions on bulb
changing, and 71 to reply (40 requests for a hit, 20 correct
instructions, and 11 wrong instructions (but they meant well)).
