Target: Looking for authors of Social Justice Poems

Hello, I am looking for the authors, or words of two poems that I once used during 
a social justice lesson.  The first poem is entitled "Walls" and it talks about how 
the walls were built while we weren't paying attention, and now we are trapped in 
them.  The other poem is called "What Happens" and talks about what happens if we 
do not act or intervene.  Any leads on these poems would be greatly appreciated!
