I hope I may tap your collective wisdom. I have an interview on Monday and after the interview I am scheduled to teach a demonstration lesson to a 5th grade class. I t was suggested that I teach a lesson on how to use the encyclopedia. In my former position as a middle school media specialist, I taught a lesson on encyclopedia comparisons, but I don't know if that would work here. I have no idea what type of materials they have but I am assuming that they will have World Book, so I thought I would use that for my lesson. Do any of you have any great ideas for this less than optimal situation? Juliann T.
