As usual, you are all awesome.  I got a hit almost immediately.  The
concensus seems to be that Black people in world history would be
909.0496 and Swahili would be 496.392.
I had a suggestion to check the Library of Congress web site, which I
know I should have thought of to begin with.  Thank you all!
