HIT: Overhead Going Dark cont'd

If you haven't corrected the problem yet, try adjusting the moveable
focusing lense - I found that someone had somehow managed to move this
around the pole in such a way that it wouldn't focus properly.  I only found
this after having the "bad" one sitting next to a good one and carefully
noting how the focus lense was situated.  After adjusting it, all the dark
edges went away!
