I, too, have had messages saying my posting was returned- in the message it usually says it is because what I am posting is a duplicate of what has already been sent. So-- I have changed the subject line slightly - keeping enough so it is apparent what I am responding to and yet different enough so it won't get returned. I also had a different problem for a while. After having been on this listserve for some time all my postings were being held to be reviewed. When I tried to find out why, I was sent a message that said it was because I was either new, or had posted messages that had problems, etc. When I pursued it further, my account was re-done: unsubscribe and then immediately re-subscribed. This ended that problem, but occasionally I still get that pesky returned message because: "Your message is being returned to you unprocessed because it appears to have already been distributed to the LM_NET list. That is, a message with identical text (but possibly with different mail headers) has been posted to the list recently, either by you or by someone else. If you have a good reason to resend this message to the list (for instance because you have been notified of a hardware failure with loss of data), please alter the text of the message in some way and resend it to the list. Note that altering the "Subject:" line or adding blank lines at the top or bottom of the message is not sufficient; you should instead add a sentence or two at the top explaining why you are resending the message, so that the other subscribers understand why they are getting two copies of the same message." I don't know why this is happening...but I am sure our very capable administrators of the list will figure it out.
