Hero information

Hi all!  I have a group of teachers needing assistance!  The fourth
grade does a unit on heroes.  They want to make it real life for the
kids and show them how some people are making sure their hardships do
not steal their joy.

They have two people in mind and can not remember their names.  This is
where I need your help!

The first one has Cerebral Palsy and they think he goes door to door
each day selling Watkins products.  They said something about him going
down town and someone helping him tie his bowtie and shoes.  They think
he was featured on 20/20.

The other one is a young girl who was born with no arms.  She is a
cheerleader at her school and has also been on several TV shows.

Any information about these two people would be greatly APPRECIATED!!!!
They are looking for any information in any form!
