Dear LM-Netters:
thank you all so much for your responses and advice.  I ended up phoning
Disney and following up with an email so that I could have something in
writing to hand to my assistant principal.
I thought some of you might be interested in the response that I recieved
from a Disney representative on fair use policy.
The email is forwarded and attached.
