My principal (in the midst of all the end of the year stuff we have to
do) has remembered a book she wishes she could find from her
childhood.... It was about children who helped their grandmother with
chores and the grandmother hid pennies for the children to find as they
swept and dusted, etc. My principal told her grandma about it and got
her to hide pennies for her and her sisters when they helped with
chores. Any ideas? My principal is mid-40ish so maybe a book from the
60's? Thanks in advance for your help.
