I am in my second year as a librarian in a very supportive K-2 building = (625 students). I can basically arrange the schedule any way I like ( I = don't cover teacher planning times, am not in the specials rotation, and = have a full time aide). I want to provide the most flexible library to = encourage collaboration with my teachers and a welcoming, "always open" = place for my students. However, with these young students, I also want to = provide them with a framework and easy way to remember to come and use the = library. I am really interested in the schedules other librarians use for k-2 = buildings....I have searched the archives and still need more help!
