web site gave me all the answer that I needed.  We comply to copyright
in other areas, now we will comply here also.

The licensing is not purchased with the movie.  In fact, the FBI warning
that we fast forward through is telling us that the movie is for home
use only, meaning a small group of family or close friends.  Although
our students are like family, that won't work for the purposes of
showing a reward movie that is not an essential element of the current
curriculum.  You can purchase a site license to cover your school for
the entire year or a license for a one time viewing from Movie Licensing
