Target: Media Distribution/Retrival Systems

In the next couple of weeks we need to make a decision on a
media distribution/retrival system and I would like to hear
from those of you currently have a system in place.

 I would like to know what system you have, pros and cons,
training & service provided and anything else that you feel
is
important.
