I have a small dilemma. Some of you suggested that I purchase the new set of Grzimeck's Animal Encyclopedias by Gale and put my old set where students can check it out. I was going to do that, but now I have gotten an ad from Facts on File about a set of 10 books called Animals of the World and a 3 book set called Mammals. The Gale set is $1595.00 and the Facts on File set is less than $600. I am sure the Grzimeck set is more thorough and more scholarly, but it may be more than we need. Our AP students aren't the ones using these books. I would love to hear what you think! Thanks for your continuing help.
