thanks for student inquiry

Thanks to all who quickly answered my student's inquiry regarding Whos'
Who.  The concensus seems to be that it is a ploy to get some money for
a book with tiny print. She was advised by several answers to use the
honor on her resume but not bother to purchase the book.
