If you're into weird and kooky Christopher Moore is very funny. My husband =
is a UMC pastor and we both loved LAMB: THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO BIFF, =
CHRIST'S BOYHOOD PAL. Not irreverant, just earthy.

LUST LIZARD OF MELANCHOLY COVE also has it's moments.=20

I just finished Flashback by Nevada Barr, her latest national park =
mystery.
It's set in the Dry Tortugas and involves the history of Fort Jefferson as =
a
prison for Civil War prisoners. A great escape read!

I also recommend the latest in the Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter series,
Cerulean Sins. It's a great story, but it does have lots of violence and
sex, so be forewarned.
