Friends, I have just been asked by my principal to come up with a list =
of suggested titles for a new course offering. It will be called =
Literature for Life and will include seniors not headed for college, the =
idea being to develop a love of reading for pleasure and leisure in a =
more reluctant group of readers. Does anyone out there offer such a =
course? I'd love to have your suggestions for titles (in this busiest =
of time of the year!) I started with some Robert Cormier, bestsellers of =
the Oprah genre, Chris Crutcher, Rob Thomas. But would, as usual, =
greatly appreciate your input. I'll be glad to post a HIT if there is =
interest.Thank you in advance, once again before we sign off for summer! =
