While we're on the health topic, I'm finishing _Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers:
An Updated Guide to Stress, Stress-Related Diseases, and Coping_ by Robert
M. Sapolsky. It's very readable, witty, funny health science.

Remember that NCLB summer reading program I mentioned a couple weeks ago?
Well, my principal & I decided to model summer reading, so all our teachers
are "encouraged" (she said, several times during meetings) to sign the
classroom pledge that the students signed promising to read 10 books this
summer. Besides the above, I also plan to read a lot of children's
(elementary) books as well as some of the classics (that I missed 25 years
ago...) on my 15 year old's summer reading list.
