TARGET: Survey for a Senior English Major

My daughter is an English Ed. major at Elon University in NC.  Her
Senior Seminar paper is on book banning.  She asked me how she could get
a survey out to librarians.  You at LM NET were my first choice and I
offered to post the survey for her.  I did ask her to have just a few
questions that could be answered quickly.  So here it is.  She would
appreciate any responses you have to offer.  They may be sent to me or
to her. Thanks a million in advance.  Also, she is looking for such a
listserv for English teachers.  Do any of you know of one?  Thanks.
