LAURA BUSH FOUNDATION GRANT APPLICATION NOW OPEN=20 The goal of the Laura Bush Foundation is to provide print=20 books to the school libraries and students that most need=20 them. The Laura Bush Foundation will make grants of amounts=20 up to $5,000 to school libraries; funds are to be used to=20 update, extend and diversify the book collections of those=20 libraries. All Laura Bush Foundation grants are made to=20 individual schools rather than to school districts,=20 foundations, or other entities. Only one application per=20 school is allowed. Preference is given to elementary, middle, or high schools=20 in which 90% or more of the school population receives free=20 or reduced lunch. High schools may use verifiable=20 Free/Reduced Lunch Price Data from feeder schools.
