TARGET: Laptop carts

Colleagues:

I didn't really get the answer I was looking for in the archives, so here
goes another request for info on mobile laptop carts.

I am interested in purchasing a cart that will hold 30 laptops.  The cart
must have charging outlets for all of the computers.  I'm looking for one
that is easy to navigate, so I'm focusing on the shorter carts as opposed to
the taller versions.  Also, I want a cart where I do not have to remove the
power cord to use the laptop - I want the cords to remain in the cart most
of the time.

These laptops are used on a daily basis in a high school and are moved
throughout the building several times a day.

My AV coordinator can find only a Bretford model (LAP 30) and is already
concerned about the price.

My requests:
Would those of you who already use one of Bretford's larger capacity laptop
carts write to me what you think of it?
Anyone who uses another manufacturer's cart; would you send me your
recommended models or your "don't buy at any cost" models.
Anyone who uses any heavy cart with pneumatic tires - any complaints?
Finally, anyone who uses a "homemade" cart - are you happy with it (at all)?
