GEN: Viewing LM_NET in html

Last year there was an option to set the LM_NET digest into html, thus
making the subject headings links.  I was unable to successfully use
this option last year using Outlook Express.  I have updated some
things on my computer and would like to try this option again.  In
searching the Help page, I didn't find my answer--not saying it isn't
there, but I didn't see it.  Anyone know how to set this?
