Dear Colleagues: There is some interest here in creating a school in which various art forms and multiple intelligence approaches are used regularly to provide academic instruction. Does any one know of any models for this type of school or any schools which currently have fully integrated arts into their academic curricula? I hope I have phrased this right. We're looking for a way to reach those students who do not seem to be thriving in our current "direct instruction" environment. Thanks in advance.
