GEN: 3M Transparency Maker

Hi:

I inherited a 3M transparency maker, but no operating manual.

I wondered if anyone who has one could answer a few questions.

1)  Are any supplies required for this machine beyond the =
transparencies?

2)  Should I be performing any regular maintenance?

3)  Although the machine still functions and is used once in awhile, why =
not just buy transparencies that work in photocopiers and use them?
