Hi, Bev: Our pay stubs show how many sick days and personal days have been used and how many are left. They also show how much money has been deducted for union dues, 403b contributions, insurance, etc. I'm sure this is all in the computer database already because it has to be kept track of anyway...someone would just have to re-format the template the check printer uses and go from there. I can't imagine it would be cost-prohibitive to do this, but then, I'm of a generation that never ceases to be amazed at how gasoline prices fluctuate from day-to-day at the pump. No one has been able to explain THAT to me. "If Librarians ruled the world, Reading would be a Varsity sport." Reggie Buresh, Librarian Mahtomedi High School 8000 75th St. N. The staff wants sick days to show on each paycheck and superintendent says that would be too much work. Our checks are automated and printed somewhere outside the building but I do not know where. Are there people out there who actually see sick days on each pay stub? Is it a lot of work to have that done or is it computer generated as I am sure it is? -- Beverly Nelson Media Generalist Spring Grove Public School 113 2nd Ave NW Spring Grove, Minnesota 55974 507-498-3223 bev.nelson@springgrove.k12.mn.us =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-=-=- All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
