I have one that I use for inventory. I sync the data, then import the file
into Alexandria. Unfortunately, I'm at home and the PDA is at work so I can't
give specifics on software other than the basic Palm program, but I know there
is a program which basically acts as a "notebook", storing the barcode numbers
for the hotsync. I can say that the Palm I have for inventory is much larger
than the PDA my husband carries, and I would think it impractical for every day
use. HTH
