TECH:Favorites to HTML

Colleagues:
Is anyone out there familiar with any kind of software, free or fee, that
will convert Internet Explorer Favorites into a categorized lists ala Yahoo!
I did find a web site that did this fairly nicely, but I objected to the
onslaught of ads that came with the "free" service.

I am NOT trying to create a single page list of my favorites.  I am trying
to create a several level deep set of pages that I can customize for style
and appearance.

Any recommendations?
