TARGET: Understanding Economics at the Elementary School Level

I am in charge of developing lessons for third graders that teach =
important
economics lessons. I generally use picture books like Little Nino's =
Pizzeria
to teach about goods, services, and human, natural, and capital =
resources. I
do not have any books that reinforce the terms/concepts  specialization =
and
interdependence. If you know of any picture books that illustrate these
principles please let me know.
