Hi all. Once again I seek your advice. Today a teacher and I had a disagreement = about how to cite a source and I'd be interested to see how you would = have handled the situation. A student has chosen a poem ("Wild Boar" for example) from Shel = Silverstein's Where the Sidewalk Ends. I'm not sure what page number it = is on but for the sake of this question let's say it's on page 54. = HarperCollins is the publisher, New York is the city of publication, and = the copyright date is 1974. How would you cite this source using the MLA format? Would you consider = it a book with one author, indicating the page the poem is on and not = including the poem's title? Would you consider it an anthology, = including the poem's title but skipping the editor information? =20 I look forward to your opinions and advice. Thanks.
