Hello everyone:w I was shocked to learn how many students at our high school who do not even know what a Caldecott, or Newberry award is. I would love to work with a language arts teacher at my school, and expose students to books that have earned the various book awards and talk about their meaning. Any suggestions on how to develop this into a lesson plan with 9-12 grade classes? Thanks Jerol King Media Specialist Booker T.
