Target: Cataloging Video Materials

HI
I just received (actually found) some materials in my library that my principal
wants me to share with the teachers.  These items contain a short video, a book
and teachers guide.  I was wondering how do you catalogue or keep track of these
items.  They come in a nice box that keeps all the items together so I don't want
to take them apart.
The catch is my library is also not automated!
