Dear LM_NETTERS,
   I am always impressed at how much you can find with
such limited description! Here is a tough one (it may
be impossible).
I am trying to find a made for television movie from
about 1978 or so. It was a mystery - similar to a law
and order type. It had a one word title that was the
detective's name.
The lead was played by Raymond Burr.
The storyline was a serial killer and he chose his
victims based on a famous chess game.
Does this ring any bells?
