Here is the advice I received to stop the =3D's, 20's and 3D's. I =
hopefully can figure out exactly where to set my email as plain text. =

Gloria, set your email program to send as plain text, and be sure to not =
do anything fancy. You don't see this with personal messages, since your =
email gets the mail directly. Here, it goes to the listserver first, and =
it is set to send out all the messages as plain text. The =3D3D and =3D20 =
are soft returns or spaces and hard returns. I'm sure you're seen some =
messages that are gibberish. Those are usually messages where Word is the =
editor for Outlook and it's sending a Word document. Word documents are =
not Text documents and the listserver does the best it can.=20
You'll probably need to set up an alias identity for LMNET, so the =
settings can be applied automatically. Also, some programs do better than =
others, and it may take a bit of experimentation.=20
