My principal is looking for the term for a kind of fur stole,
probably of mink or fox, which was popular in the
mid-20th century. In this stole, the animal's tail and
head were left on the item *and the mouth was used
as a clip*. She thinks the term begins with or sounds
like "mark"-something.

Any ideas?
