TECH: Front Page Question Answer

The solution that worked finally was to remove the <dl> and </dl> tags from
the code used to created the page. I don't have the original application
(Front Page) but combining Robert E's suggestion about removing the tags,
with Diana C's suggestion about copying the code into Word to remove them, I
managed to accomplish exactly what I wanted. Evidently Front Page inserts a
trailing line when using the <dl> tag pair.
