Hi Julie - this NZ-sourced International Free Software Award  winning [les
trophees du libre 2003] product  is found in '...public libraries, private
collectors, university faculties, not for profit organisations, churches,
schools and corporates'. If you wrote to them at
http://www.koha.org/about/contact-us.html  I'm sure they'd provide
non-Oregon sites (UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development
Organisation)is one organisation I know that has Koha).

Also, a Google search (eg Koha Review Library) throws up a number of
reviews as well as info on libraries running it
