My advice as a former academic librarian would be to contact Dr. Lambson
directly. I did some checking and he is no longer at West Texas A&M Univ.
However, the good news is that I was able to track him down. He is currently
teaching at Southern Utah University.

Dr Lambson can either send you the report himself or steer you towards the
correct source saving you time and aggravation.
