I am a first year Media Specialist at a middle school that has never had a
collection to support the special education students. Their teacher
approached me about purchasing some easy fiction books specifically for
them to have here in the media center and be able to check out. I have no
problem doing these, however I would like to call them something else
other than easy fiction. Does anyone have any other terms to describe
these books so that a fifth or sixth grader wouldn't think twice about taking
checking them out because of the "easy" moniker.
Thanks!
