SEC:Small School and LMC's

Hello Everyone,
We have received a small schools transformation grant from the Gates
Foundation this past year, and were wondering if any of you have
participated in this process from a "library perspective."  We would
appreciate any advice, warnings, thoughts, or counsel on this process and
our role in it.
