Hi All, The comments about Best Buy remind me of an issue that I have recently had with Barnes & Noble. I have had an educator's card with B&N for quite some time and have used it frequently to purchase books for the library. However, I am now told that my card will not be renewed when it's time if I cannot prove that I'm a teacher. I was specifically told that the educator's card is not for school librarians because we are not teachers. I told this person that I can gladly take my business to Borders because they welcome librarians as well as teachers. However, I'm wondering if any of you have had a similar experience with Barnes & Noble. Thanks, Karen McLachlan, LMS East Knox Local Schools 23227 Coshocton Rd Howard, OH 43028 mclachlan_k@treca.org =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-=-=- All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
