Yes, I agree with Deborah.
The service usually depends on the sales rep. Two years ago, I had
unsatisfactory service from Scholastic. After that, I worked with a
different rep, I was extremely pleased.
Still, one representative can make the entire company look bad.

I just spoke to my rep and mentioned the many negative things that I
have been reading on this list. She wasn't even aware of many of the
things that were being mentioned, especially about incentives. She told
me that Scholastic has different regions and the business is run
differently in each.
Before you get upset about what you are reading here, you should talk
with the rep for your area. I am in SC and had excellent service last
year. They are even giving a larger profit margin for second fairs and
allowing me to select my free books off the fair if I choose to take
books instead of profit. Check out what your local person has to say!
