Nervous Newbie

Hi! I am a new SLMS - actually school starts Monday for the kids, but the
teachers have been in all this past week. I am feeling unprepared and
inadequate. The previous librarian was amazing and I am starting to doubt I
can come up with great ideas and lessons. I'm definately having a panic
attack. Does anyone have any words of wisdom for this very insecure newbie?
