Dear all:
Either I wasn't clear with my request or there are no good new resources
like "This Fabulous Century" and the "World of (artist) books. Most of the
responses I got were to go to alibris or abebooks or to consider rebinding.
The only response I got otherwise was a half-hearted endorsement for:
