LM Net FAQ's and Information from the cruise planner:

The cruise price, while not an "all inclusive" includes the following:
Ocean transportation in the cabin of your selection.
All meals and snacks
24 hour room service
24 hour pizzeria that often has calzones, strombolis and Caesar salad.
Included beverages at meals are coffee, tea, iced tea, hot =
chocolate, lemonade, milk, fruit juices and fruit punch. The first four =
beverages are generally available 24/7 on the lido deck and through room =
service.
All shows and entertainment in the main showroom and lounges

Additional expenses would include:

Gratuities for your cabin steward, waiter and assistant waiter. These =
are about $70 per person for the week, can be paid in advance or charged =
to your shipboard account on board.

Alcohol and carbonated beverages. They are priced about the same as the =
normal land based bar or restaurant. A 15% gratuity for the =
waiter/waitress is automatically added to the charge which eliminates =
the need to carry around any cash when onboard the ship.

Gourmet dining in any of the optional restaurants aboard the ship. =
These are optional but many people enjoy the experience.

Shore tours offered by the cruise line or that you do on your own.

Cancellation insurance is available and strongly recommended. It covers =
you for most medical and health related issues for you and your =
immediate family. It covers expenses incurred in the event of a trip =
delay or cancellation. It covers medical expenses above and beyond what =
you primary medical insurance covers, including emergency medical =
evacuation from the ship. It is available from Carnival or several =
other third party providers we use. It is approx $100 per person

Casino gambling and onboard shopping in the boutiques and duty free =
shops

Additional clarification about air and ground transportation:

Air and ground transportation to and from the ship are included if =
Carnival arranges your air transportation. We sometimes refer to this =
as "Carnival air". This means Carnival arranges it through one of the =
major airlines, they do not have their own airline any longer. They =
provide shuttles airport to ship and ship to airport. =20

If you are planning to do your own air and use Carnival's shuttle your =
return flight must be booked no later earlier than 1:00 PM.

Depending on your air city, using "Carnival air" may be the better =
option. We will provide an air package quote at the time of booking and =
include it on your invoice because it is easier to remove air =
transportation if you book independently but should an air city become =
closed it is difficult to add it after the fact. You can always shop =
further if you wish to take advantage of an air special or just enjoy =
the convenience of having it part of the package. =20

The one night pre-cruise option is also available as part of the package =
and is reasonably priced. The hotel shuttles you to and from the =
airport, where you would connect with the ship shuttle the next day. We =
can also add that at the time of booking and remove it later.

A third option for those of you wanting to spend some time in the =
central Florida area either before or after the cruise is an air =
deviation. For a reasonable fee ($35-$50) you can pick your airline and =
flight times and dates for travel to fit your plans.

The Cruise Planners will be cruising October 11-19 but we check our =
messages and e-mail remotely from internet cafes on the islands. =20
