I am working on a PowerPoint presentation for our local Head Start. The
visual part is easy; lots of pictures of the students with a few =
captions.
But they want to have short segments from several popular songs such as =
Wind
Beneath My Wings and Butterfly Kisses running in the background. They've
provided me audio CDs with the songs, but I haven't been able to figure =
out
how to get the songs into a version of audio that I can edit for length =
and
fade outs. I'm working in PowerPoint 2002, but the presentation will be
played back on the version of PowerPoint that came with Windows 98. For
audio editing I have available Cool Edit 2000 and the free version of =
Real
One Player Version 2.0. I would be willing to buy a new piece of audio
editing software if I knew it would work for what I'm doing. Any
suggestions? TIA
