Dear LM_NET, I am having problems hooking up my new multimedia station to our Chisholm Databook LCD panel. (Note: I have never done this before as I took over from the previous Media Specialist this year and had a dead multimedia station up until now.) Anyway, I have it hooked up and can actually see my desktop projected on our overhead screen. I can see the mouse moving, etc. The problem is that going across the top of the LCD display/overhead screen is a blinking segment of the bottom half of my desktop! Meaning - I am seeing the bottom half of the desktop (start button, toolbar, etc.) at the top of the screen. The monitor display is just fine. It is the projection of it that is blinking, etc. I am fairly certain that the device isn't broken as I hooked up another identical one to it - and it is doing the same thing. I also tried using another cable. I'm assuming this is somehow related to the computer - which otherwise works fine. It is a brand new Dell- WinXP. Does anyone know what might be going on? Please respond directly to me. Thanks! Leigh Merryday Media Specialist W.H.
