6 traits books

My teachers (Grades 1-6) are implementing the 6 traits of effective writing.
They would like to use picture books to bring home some of the ideas.  I
have some of the books that are suggested in the literature, but not all of
them.  I was wondering if you all could help me come up with additional
titles that I could suggest to the teachers, and hopefully, I would have
several of them in the library.

1.  Trait of Ideas (including selecting, narrowing, and developing a topic
and adding details) - And To Think That I Saw it on Mulberry Street by Dr.
Seuss
2.  Trait of Organization
3.  Trait of Voice - The Pain and the Great One by Judy Blume
4.  Trait of Word Choice
5.  Trait of Sentence Fluency
6.  Trait of Conventions - PunctuationTakes a Vacation by Robin Pulver
7.  Trait of Presentation

I would love to come up with a substantial list for each trait.  Any help
would be appreciated.
I'll post a hit if I get several responses.
