Below are some links to specific terminology used within each field; however, I haven't found anything (or created anything myself) that has combined the two groups. The links for the technology terms contain many terms that we often use in the library to describe / teach computer-access and usage. Here are some links to some technology words: http://www.tekmom.com/buzzwords/ Here are some tech words in Spanish: http://www.musicalspanish.com/tutorial/technology.htm Here's a glossary of tech word: http://www.4teachers.org/techalong/glossary/ Most universities have "library terminology" guidelines that they share with their freshmen. Here are some links to vocabulary words that are often used in libraries. (Much may not specifically relate to a K-12 school, but some of the links contain terms that are used in all libraries and include print, electronic, and technology-related terms.) http://www.library.cornell.edu/olinuris/ref/research/vocab.html http://www3.uakron.edu/library/instruction/glossary.htm http://library.ucsc.edu/ref/howto/vocabulary.html http://www.sunysccc.edu/library/services/libvocab.html http://www.d.umn.edu/lib/reference/skills/vocab.html http://libraries.uta.edu/howto/research/vocab.htm http://www.pace.edu/library/instruct/distance/vocab.html Perhaps you can combine some information from each group and create the type of vocabulary list that you are interested in sharing with your students!
