I was wondering, when you have a large list of subjects in a table of contents, do you enter all of them in when you are putting the book into the system? For example, we just got Bowling, Beatniks, and Bell-Bottoms, and in each volume there may be anywhere from 50-70 topics in each book. How should I handle this?
