For what it's worth, I tried a general one a number of years ago..there
were/are just too many differences between the various databases we
subscribed to for that to work well.  There we always questions.  So I bit
the bullet and did a specific one for each database, printed on various
colors of paper and laminated.  Each station had a card with the name of
the database, what it was especially good for, and its color.  Those
wanting help knew to go the large box (placed in the middle of the
stations) and pull the laminated card that matched the color of the
database they were using.  This cut down on a lot of the simple questions.
