[LM_NET] TARGET / OT: cover letter for part-time job

I have come across a head librarian's job on a part-time basis at a business 
college.  The ad says ideal for retired or family oriented person so with a 
full-time job I might not be eligible. The only educational requirement is a BS in 
Library Science. A resume and cover letter are required.  Does anyone have a cover 
letter to share or can tell me the  cover letter  ingredients for a (part time) 
librarian's job...and at a business college?   My background is mostly school with 
some public, special, and community college expereinces.   Attachments and ideas 
are welcomed!
